Social Media Manager
Full-time
Manage and maintain social media platforms and local directories, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Youtube. Work directly with clients and the internal design team to create assets and automation of client editorial calendar.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure social media accounts
- Configure custom platform URLs
- Copywrite general information such as titles, about snippets, call-to-actions, etc.
- Optimize profile images, copywriting & general information
- Create and update branded images such cover photos, profile photos, etc.
- Create an editorial calendar to determine when and how frequently to post
- Monitor the brand's social media channels for any customer feedback and direct mentions and conversations related to your brand, then analyze them to gain insights and act on those opportunities (i.e. social listening)
- Respond to comments and reviews on social media for reputation management
- Audit and validate client information such as address, phone number, hours, etc.
- Create with a social media report to share with client (weekly, monthly, quarterly, & yearly)
